I specialize in finding that story through Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Excel, then translating it into decisions that drive real change. At the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, I engineered an automated workflow that cut cross-departmental process cycle times by 75%. At Performance Food Group, I reconciled compliance records across 11,000 drivers and achieved a 99.5% resolution rate.
